R&D Chemists - Norway

 

Jotun is a leading player in the Marine market and hold a strong position in the Protective market. As such the company offers opportunities for career development in many directions both in Norway and abroad. The main R&D laboratory is located in Sandefjord and we have regional laboratories in China, South Korea, Malaysia, Dubai and the US. We have more than 200 people employed in R&D. Co-operation with the regional laboratories is important in order to develop products suited for the local needs. This may require long or short term stays at the regional labs. The positions will require extensive laboratory work to get hands-on experience with the products.

* Development of new paint and coating technologies.

Qualifications:

* Higher education in chemistry, Master/PhD grade.

* Preferably 3-5 years research experience.
